Can I return my watch if it doesen’t fit me?

Yes, you can return your unused watch within 14 days after delivery.

 

Do you have any retail locations?
No, not at the moment. Our watches are currently for sale via our website only.

 

Can I change or add another item to my order? And how do I do it?
Yes you can! Please contact us as soon as possible on sales@mountrewatches.com and we’ll help you. If your order has been packed and shipped, we suggest that you make a new order with the new items.

 

Where is my order confirmation?
You will recieve a order confirmation on your email within an hour. If not, please contact us on sales@mountrewatches.com as soon as possible.

 

When will my order be shipped?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped on the weekends.

 

Will I have to pay international taxes or duties?
Yes, if there is any.

 

What type of movement is used?
We use the swiss made Quartz Movement called Ronda 1069.

 

Are Mountré Watches water resistant?
Our watches are water resistant up to 10 ATM, which means that they are suitable for everyday tasks. We do not recommend that you shower, swim or do any other wateractivities with your watch, because this will damage the leather strap.

 

Is there a warranty on Mountré Watches?
Yes, the movement has a warranty of 12 months. However, if there is any damage to the case, strap or glass – please contact us immediately. (READ MORE IN TERMS)
