Terms and Conditions

All payments are handled by Paypal or Klarna. VAT is included for orders within the European Union. VAT or/and fees for import or/and customs are not included for orders outside the European Union.

We deliver all our watches within 10 business days for all countries outside Europe and 3-6 days for those inside Europe. For any questions regarding shipping, transportation or delivery times, please contact us by email and we will respond as fast as we can.

We have a one year warranty on our products from purchase date. Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the strap and case. The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, accidents, carelessness, incorrect use and non-observance of the directions provided by Mountré Watches.

Damage during transport:
If you discover that your product has been damaged during the transportation you should contact us, as well as the delivery company, immediately. Detailed information regarding the damage will be neccesary so we can assist you in the best way possible.

Under the Distance Contracts you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without any specific reason within 14 days after you received the goods. You will receive a full refund on the condition that the product is unused and returned in its original packing.

If we have shipped the wrong or damaged item, you should contact us as soon as possible so we can correct the error. Give us detailed information regarding whats wrong with the product and if you would prefer a new product or a refund. Returns must be properly packed.
